Power on:

     Plug AC/DC power supply, you heard buzzer from UUT; Power on UUT, Green power light is turn on, red charging light is turn on which indicate that it is being charged. Green HDD light blink when system is running fruentlly till WIFI check information appear.

WIFI Test:

     Press buttons “FN”+ “F1” to activate WIFI. Then press icon “wireless connection2” to search WIFI network.

     Check icon “ wireless connection2” on the right of task bar. It is ok if no cross symbol.

     Double click icon “Internet Explorer”, Key in http://www.baidu.com. It is ok when be able to log in this website.

Keyboard test:

     Double click “ WORD”, type charater and number keys in keyboard, and function keys, Then turn off “WORD”.

USB/Memory card test：

     Plug a USB disk, Copy one music file to desktop.

     Plug a SD card into the card slot, Copy one music file to desktop.

Audio test ：

     Double click audio file on desktop, You will hear a song which is being play. Check the sound play from UUT loudspeaker, no noise, no distortion, same consistency.

     Plug a earphone to audio-out port.(Green), you will hear clear music from earphone, check right and left sound amplitude consistency.

     Plug a microphone to audio-in port(Red), then click “ Start->Program->Accessories-> Entertain->Recorder”, press Record botton to record 10 second music, then replay record music. Sound not too low, no so much distortion. Do above again while plug out microphone.

LCD Test:

     Double click “ Display” in “ Control panel”,change “ Wallpaper” to “None”, and change color blue, White, Black, Red, Green, Yellow to check no bad points.

Camera test:

     Double click “ My computer”->”USB camera “ to activate USB camera. No distortion, discoloring, dark area etc.,

VGA Output test:

     Connect VGA cable to VGA output port. Then press “Fn”+”F10” to check VGA output function. No distortion, discoloring, dark area etc.,

Lan test:

     Plug network cable into Lan port. No cross display in icon “Local connection”, then click in IE to log on” http://www.baidu.com”.

Reliability test:

1.Before test, you have to wear wrist strap and antistatic gloves.

2.It’s not too loose or tight while plugging SD card or Flashdisk, and no INT when reading cards.

3.Buttons pressing in keyboard are good, no stuck, elastic, no functional INT.

4.Drop test once from 10CM high by bottom of product, no system halted, no functional INT;

5.Swich on by AC/DC and be in non stop STANDBY MODE for 2hours, still be in good operation.

6.1st Charging must be more than 6hours. Charging complete in 6hours. Discharge time should be 1.5 hours least.

8.Transportation test: Wave: 30mins,3 sides every box, Amp:2mm, Frequnce:10-30Hz

Product appearnce check:

1. No screaches, damages, dirty, distortion, over spraying, paint accumulated.

2. No noise while turning HINGE.

3. Protective film must be pasted well on the LCD.

4. No gear slip in the screw locking point on the top cover and bottom cover. No screw scratches. And there are 4 EVA rubber for support point.

5. All bottons in keyboard, LCD frame, Bottom cover are black printed. No buttons deflection or bad pressing after assembling.

6. Silk-priinting font, position and direction must be correct, no blur, deflection and over spraying.

7. No rustiness and distortion in metal part of DC connector, Lan port, SD pluger, USB pluger.

8. Gap between LCD and black frame should be≤0.3mm; gap between top cover and bottom cover should be ≤0.2mm;

Accessories check:

1. Product accessories: adator(EU), inner bag, instruction book, warranty card.

2. Product is in bubble bag, and lay on the top of the base in color box( see Fig.A). One paper slaver is on the top of product. Adaptor is packaging on the left of slaver, and the battery is on the right. In the middle, there are one driver disk, introduction book, cable and warranty card. (See Figh.B)

3. No scratched, damages and dirty. No too lossen or tight between color boxes in on carton box.

4. Barcode in lable must be scanned which pasted on color box.

Carton box check:

1. No rumple, illegible printing, fault, fracture, durty on the surface of color box.

2. Size of carton box must be fit in tolerance arrange, such as long, width, high…No lossen with 5 color boxed putting together.

3. Characters must be clear, and unable to be modified.

4. Content of lable must be correct, font and size are the same with document
